Chromatographic separation of 3- and 4-substituted anilines and correlation of their RM values with chosen physicochemical parameters

چکیده
A procedure for chromatographic separation of 3and 4-substituted anilines on thin layers of silica gel in various systems has been developed with purpose of their identification and control of their purity. The chro matographic values Ям both from adsorption and partition chromatogra phies were correlated with physicochemical parameters pÄľa, er, and к. The relationship between RM from partition chromatography and the substituent parameter ň has proved to be linear.
